On September 19th, the Fundación Real Club Deportivo de La Coruña hosted a successful dissemination event in Spain to share the results of the Showdown Erasmus project. This initiative aims to facilitate and promote the participation of people with visual impairments in health-enhancing physical activities, fostering their health and social connections within the community.

Central to the project is the inclusive Showdown game, which welcomes participants of all genders, ages, and abilities. The main output of SHOWDOWN will be a comprehensive guide on organizing safe and inclusive Showdown activities, ensuring engagement for both visually impaired individuals and those without. The project emphasizes safety, with all training staff receiving tailored first aid training specific to the needs of people with visual impairments.
